5. ORDER & DELIVERY

  • Once a digital product/key is delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we deal with digital items, refund eligibility is limited.

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The product key is invalid or non-working, AND
  • We cannot replace it with a working key.
  • Refund will be credited within 7 days.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s mistake while selecting the product

  • Usage after delivery
