At Preerexa.in, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality IT services, software support, and digital solutions. Since our products/services are digitally delivered and often activated instantly, our cancellation and refund process follows clear guidelines.


🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital products, software licenses, activation keys, and downloadable items cannot be cancelled once delivered.
  • Service-based orders (IT support, installation, integration, troubleshooting) can be cancelled before the service session begins.
  • Once remote assistance or technical work has started, the order becomes non-cancellable.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

✔ Refund is eligible when:

  • The product/service purchased is not delivered within the committed time.
  • The software key delivered is not working, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical issue.
  • A service was paid for but not started yet.

❌ Refund is NOT eligible when:

  • The digital product/license key has already been delivered.
  • The activation key has been used, redeemed, or installed.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The issue is due to your system, hardware failure, internet issue, or misuse.
  • You provide incorrect system details or compatibility information.
  • Remote activation or support service has already been completed.

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
